Best Universal Player under $350 |
|
|
Hi,I would like to hear from anyone who would like to offer an informed opinion
as to which is the best universal player(Sacd/dvd-a) under $350 and why. Is cd
upsampling of practical value?I will be using this for 2 channel audio and
video performance is not a priority.Thank You Randy

My old Panasonic DVD player got stolen and I was looking for a universal
Player. Went with a Pioneer 434. Works fine for me..then again, your

Pioneer DV-434 doesn't play DVD-A, or SACD. Hardly a "universal"
player. : ) |

I got a small portable radio for my birthday, which (to my disappointment)
didn't work. After opening it, I found a cable was loose, I figured out where
it should be soldered it-voila!I'd never give money to listen to SACDs or
DVD-As, I think they suck and normal CDs are fine for me, but I usually
listen to radio (no moving parts-you don't get bored of listening to the
same cds all the time).
