I currently have a basic setup of an Alpine CDA-9833 head unit, MRD-M301
Amp, Type R 12" Sub and the factory speakers in a 2002 Astra (Front & Rear 2
way components). I am now wondering if it is worth me investing in some Type
R components to run off my head unit internal amp. I have not seen any of
these speakers in the local shops so am unsure of how good they are. Will I
notice a substantial difference from the factory speakers (I'm guessing yes)
or not? I don't want to get them and be disappointed.
