Just Author each "Video" as its own "Title"/track. You can
have up to nine "Titles"/tracks with up to 99 vobs each, if I
recall the standard correctly.

You may be right, but I think it more likely that it won't
matter to the DVD. It will certainly matter to the player.
Of course it could also be a problem for the Author
program, but I don't remember it as one, if the different
formats are in their own "Title".
It may be that you will have to pick between PAL and
NTSC for a format. Even if the video is all PAL or all
NTSC, if it has different parameters it needs to be in its
own "Title"/Track.
You could try a PAL and NTSC DVD, it may be that a
player that can handle both could play it. Most likely which
ever is the second format on the menu won't play, but who
has tried?

According to authoring progs I have seen whilst you can do whatever you want
to get the files onto disc but however you lay it out you cannot mix PAL and
NTSC on 1 disc so it appears that you will have to have 2 or re-encode
everything to either pal or ntsc.
