Convert MPEG to DVD |
|
|
I have an MPEG file of unknown origin that I would like
converted into a DVD-burnable MPEG-2 format. What's the
best software tool for this purpose? Is there any good
freeware that will do this?
I tried the standard sites
www.videohelp.com
www.doom9.com
and they were not very helpful for this particular purpose.
Thanks,
JB

If you couldn't find what you needed following the descriptions
at those sites, for such a simple task, I hold out little hope that
you can figure out how to use the free version of TMPGEnc or
a 30 day demo that could actually work.

Well then...I hold out little hope that your personality befits
anything other than a snide asshole.

Do some more reading then. DVDs can also contain mpeg1 video, so it may not
have to be re-encoded at all unless its MPEG4. .
ANY, and I many ANY DVD authoring software will do this.
On another note, if its of unknown origin, you might be advised to leave it
be and find a clip of known origin instead |
