Choppy video |

I'm new at this - not sure where to begin troubleshooting.
I captured video and used NeroVision Express 3 to create a DVD. After
making a simple menu and previewing it, it runs find with no problems
in NeroVision Express 3 on the computer.
However, after burning the DVD and viewing it on my regulare DVD
player (attached to my television), the video seems to stop once or
twice a second (very briefly) causing a choppy result. I've burn the
DVD a couple of times and always get the same result.
I have always been able to burn DVD's with no problem, but I haven't
done any DVD creating in a while. I'm not sure what has changed.
I am running Windows XP Home with Service Pack 2.
My DVD recorder is a Toshiba SD 5272.
Does anyone have a place to start troubleshooting?
Thank you
Chris
