Re: Networking a series 2 Tivo |

There's nothing wrong with the Linksys router. I had a BEFW11S4 which is a
Broadband router with a 802.11b wireless access point built in. I also
upgraded my Router/Wireless AP to a Linksys WRT54GS which is both 802.11B
and G capable. It's working fine with Tivo.
I think you are refering to the USB Wireless adapter for the Tivo (WUSB11).
I got mine from Amazon and it works just fine. The thing you have to be
careful of is the version of the WUSB11. Apparently version 3.0 and above
does not work with Tivo. The one I got from Amazon was version 2.8. In my
case I got my Tivo and Wireless adapte from Amazon at the same time and I
would expect Amazon to make sure the one you get is compatible with Tivo,
but you might want to ask anyway.
Cheers
