Loading RealMedia audio files into Goldwave? |
|
|
Apologies if this is the wrong newsgroup to ask this question.
In the past, I've been able to load .rm files (Ripped from BBC Listen Again
pages with Streambox VCR) into Goldwave. It has recognised the files and
allowed me to edit them and save them as .wav or .mp3 files. I haven't done
this for a while though.
I've just installed version 5.10 of Goldwave, and I can't seem to get this
to work anymore. Goldwave simply says "cannot determine format of file"
when I try to load a .rm file (even one that I have previously managed to
convert in this way). Do I need to have something else installed for this
to work? I have RealPlayer 10.5. Under the DirectX Audio Plug-in menu in
Goldwave there is a RealPlayer Audio Filter option, but enabling and
disabling this makes no difference.
Anyone know how I can get this working again?
