IS There anyway to view my mpg's and avi's on my TV ??? |

Does anyone out there know if it is possiable to view my movie files (which
I have burned onto a CD) on our family TV ??

Only with a compatible standalone dvd player that supports those formats, OR
by connecting the tv-out from your video card to the av input on your tv.
For a list of standalone players that support raw mpeg playback and DivX

I have an old computer sitting next to the TV for copies of TV shows
that my son downloaded for me, on CD-Rs. Has a card that allows an
s-video cord out (fed into the receiver, initially into the TV). |
