I use DVDx to obtain my dvx file from a dvd. How can I limit the size of the
output file (I mean, an output file not bigger than 700 MB)? I'm not very
familiar with the program, so excuse my question.
Thanks.
Giovanni

I had that problem with a file which was perfect except for being just over
700MB. I used VirtualDub to chop-off the closing credits which was less than
satisfactory but easier than splitting between two discs. Details of where
to get VirtualDub, how to use it etc can be found at www.videohelp.com

Rip the film using a programe called dvdshrink, it will rip a whole dvd
including titles and extras and resze it automaticaly to fit on a 4.7G Dvd
blank.
Then just burn the files using Nero.

A better one is CloneDVD2, but DVD Shink is freeware.
