When I playback a movie with a full version (not a trial version) of
WinDVD2000, playback freezes at some random time. Sometimes its a
couple minutes. Sometimes its 20 minutes. How can I fix this?

Athlon 1.4 GHz
1GB RAM
Geforce Ti 200
SB Live!

Obviously a software conflict on your system, try defragging it and running
a diagnostic program on it.
Virus and Bot check on it won't hurt either.
