5040 disk image |

Hi, i have a 5040 disk image and replay patch i used last year after my HD
crashed....I want to put an 80 gig HD in it, will the 5040 disk image work to
upgrade to a 5080?

Yes. The software is the same on all 50xx units. Use the 5040 image
with RTVPatch, then don't forget to do the second step of patching the
drive. It's this step that tells the OS how large the drive is.
go get a 300MB drive and enjoy. |

Yes, rtvpatch will resize it on the drive. Surprised noone else
responded. |
