When one hooks up a video capture card to the pc and pulls in a
cable/sat feed, is the stream captured raw, or is it transcoded to
another format?

What format is used to store media on PVRs?

What capture card is recommended for the Linux crowd?

Always remember: Arguing on the internet is like competing in the
special olympics. Even if you win you're still retarded.
