Procoder 2 - progressive scan isn't in the interlace list |
|
|
I can't figure out how to turn on progressive scan in Procoder 2 (NTSC
DVD output). The old version had it at the top of the video interlace
list, but it's not there in V2. Must be some other setting that
disables it?

Canopus_BH wrote this in the ProCoder forum: "If you switch the Stream
Type to Generic ISO MPEG, that'll allow you to choose progressive output
in the MPEG target." |

Thank you thank you thank you thank you! I assumed it was possible
because it's mentioned, but 'how' was left to the student. Now to find
out empirically if Generic ISO MPEG yields data that fits the DVD
standards. |
