Any ideas? getting this error "the captured video bit rate is 1800.
the frame size is 160x120. in the frame size, video bit rate should be
192 and 552. Capturing failed. the file created is corupt and
unusable. it will be automatically deleted". I am attaching the
samsung mini DV to my computer via USB.
