Hi.

I posted this before using the wrong Sony model #, sorry.

I'm recording from VCR (non-copyrighted) and TV to DVD-R with a
GoVideo VR-3930 (dvd recorder/vcr combo deck). The resulting discs
work perfectly in 3 different DVD players I have access to, including
a cheapo Sony.

However, they won't play at all in either of two different Sony
SLV-D550P dvd player/vcr combo decks. After "loading" it just gives the
"cannot play this disc" type message.

I've triple checked everything in both manuals and can find no reason
that there should be any problem whatsoever.

Anyone have experience or insight about this model, or better yet a
fix? Thanks!
