I love my unit, but I apparently can not erase just one recording (if I have
a number of recording on my disc), looks like I have to erase the whole
disc.

Can I erase just one recording on a DVD?
Can I erase the last recording on a DVD (DVD+RW) ? Can I record OVER a
recording on a DVD ?
