Sound volume is too low -- Why? |
|
|
Using
1. DVD Player on HP PIII 750 computer
2. Regular DVD players
All volume settings have been checked. Can anyone tell me why the sound
volume level on some DVDs is so low that it can hardly be heard, and what I
need to do to fix the problem?

What are you outputting the sound to? If its just PC speakers, or your
television it will be typically poor. DVDS have the sound quality of cds,
with potentially even larger dynamic ranges, and for best results you
wouldnt listen to your cd collection through your tv would you? |

I fixed the problem with the sound volume on the computer, but haven't been |
able to fix the problem with some DVDs played through a regular DVD player
hooked up to the TV and stereo speakers. |
