Anyone have any experiences to report with this player? I dvdrhelp.com
doesn't have a reports on it, and I would like to know a little more about
it's Divx compatibility, in addition to it's usage as a regular DVD player.

Or, if any of you have experiences to report about Lasonic in general, I'd
love to hear about that as well. I've never heard of this brand until
recently.

I have the infamous Phillips 642 player myself. But I have yet to see this
make. Is it badged under that name by someone like Phillips or Lite-On?

Also, I didnt see a price listed on that particular page from the link.
What's it cost? I find it almost impossible to find a better component
divx/xvid/anything else player for the money. 69$ at Best Buy on weekend
sales. I believe 79$ when not on sale. Worth looking into should you lose
interest in the one your looking at. To Note: Lite-on owners swear theirs
is just as awesome if not better, but slightly more in cost. Cost was my
incentive. Wish I could help you more.
