On rewind,it will not go to the end.It stop a half hour more or less
from the end then stops,have to hit play and rewind to get it to the
beginning of the tape?If I hit rewind after it stops the first time it
will just go slowly to a minute or so and stop again?

Now when I shut the power off (going through a cable box) the picture
stays on? no sound but the pic stays on? Used to show a blue screen
before when it was shut off?
