I have a video (mini DV) tape that was shot with a Sony camera at 16:9

Can someone please advise what software l can use to convert it into 4:3?

Hello,

I was having this same problem so I created an XML plug-in for Windows Movie Maker 2 that's simple, free, and works like a charm. Details and instructions for installing at:
