Hi,

I consider purchasing the Pinnacle Steinberg Clean Plus
http://www.pinnaclesys.com/ProductPage_n.asp?Product_ID=1478&Langue_ID=2

Anything else (with better hiss and pops reduction software) which includes
a good preamp for around USD 130??
