hi,

the above takes in the tape (usually) drops it to the bottom of the basket
and attempts to move the roller guides out.

they only go a tiny bit then the display goes to "REW" and nothing happens.
eventually tape ejects.

I've go the top off and i can see wheels spinning under the deck, but no
real delivery of anything - then the eject.

any and all ideas appreciated - any more info needed i'll get straight back
to any reply.
