Help with TMPGenc DVD Author |

Hi all
I have used TMPGenc DVD Author for about 9 months without any problems
but suddenly the DVD writing tool incorporated with the software, does
not recognize my DVD drive anymore. Does anyone have a clue how to fix
this problem ?
Other applications (like Nero) do recognize the DVD burner.

have you tried uninstall, then reboot, then install?

Have you tried re-installing TDA? It may be that some program
has changed your registry, and re-installing could set things right.

Thanks fellas.
I uninstalled the software, rebooted reinstalled it again, then
rebooted and that did the trick.
