ABC made it official with the timing of "Lost" on Wednesdays, with the series
now listed on the TiVo guide from 8-9:01pm. Similarly, "Desperate Housewives"
now clocks in from 9-10:01pm on Sundays.

So, if you have either of these on your To Do List, along with another show
that immediately follows it, you should check out your recording options to
make sure your Season Passes are lined up correctly, as one series will now get
bounced in favor of the other.

Personally, I've solved my "Lost"/"West Wing" problem by manually recording
"The West Wing" from 9:05-10pm and then padding the start time by four minutes
back to 9:01. I'll lose a minute, but that's better than nothing.
