Any ideas where is can download I263 codec from G Spot reports that I need
it to play a file but can't seem to find anywhere to get it from. Every
link I've found seems to be down.

According to GSpot's translation file, the I263 is Intel's H-263
decoder, the i236 MIGHT be ffMPEG's decoder (as there is a ?
following the info).

All other 263s are H, except Microsoft's, which is M263.
