Some re-encoders are leaving the audio out; others aren't working (aka:
Xillisoft and ImTOO which appears to be the same software as they crash the
same way in XP and only the skins are slightly different).

Some suggest ripping the audio and video separate and then re-synchronizing
them but that seems extreme, and a pain to do with a 1 hour 45 minute
concert video.

I like Nero's Recode 2 (with Nero 6) but the pain is changing it into
another format.

Any suggestions without needing a bunch of programs to do what should be an
easy way to get an AVI file?
