I have XP with a Benq 1610 dvd burner, I am not able to play dvd's. when
trying to play them through windows media player (10) an error pops up that
says "Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because a problem occurred
while configuring copyright protection." I have tried to use help but it is
not addressing the problem. Any other player that i use tells me that it is
a macro vision error and could be caused by screen resolution set to high or
an incompatible video card. Any help would be appreciated, as I cannot use
this DVD burner for what i bought it for.
