Has any one else had problems upgrading. I registered on Nero site to
upgrade OEM version seven days ago and and Ahead took the money from account
but as failed to send the Reg key and also after a number of emails there
is no response from them.

I bought mine July 13,2004 and recieved my serial # via email a few

minutes later. You could try calling them but it may be an expensive call.

Or he could dispute the charges with his credit card company. That might get
them to send out the serial number.

What a PLONKER. I checked the spam filters and sure enough yu were right. I
sent a mail appologising to Nero and recieved a auto reply so hopefully I
will get the reg code now.
