Hi:

Looking for a RG6 coaxial cable to connect the outside line that
copmes into the house from downstairs, to an upstairs tv and cable box
provided by the cable company. At Home Depot, they sell an RCA 100 ft
RG6 for 20 bucks, but neither that site nor the RCA site specify
whether it is 75 ohms. Are all RG6 coaxial cables 75 ohms? I am
guessing that the coaxial cables I have for my cable modem and
downstairs television cable box are Rg6 75ohms.

Thx

Yes, if it is RG-6 then it is 75 ohms. There are differences in the
shielding and some have a solid copper center conductor and some have a
copper plated steel center conductor, but they are all rated as 75 ohms.
