Is there a program avialable where I can see if a movie is encrypted with DivX Qpel before I try to run it on my DVD player?

Try GSpot, it should do the work:

Well I tried that before but couldn´t figure out exactly where I can see if the film includes Qpel.

Download the lastest version 2.52, open the video file and see if the "qpel" is highlighted, please refer to the image below.

P.S. I can't confirm it, can't find any avi or mpeg file with qpel on my computer.

Is Dr.DivX the only program to use if I want to "get rid of" the Qpel encryption or are there other ways?
